TPF continues its growth strategy with a new acquisition in France
We are pleased to announce that CTH Ingénierie joined our French subsidiary, TPF Ingénierie, on November 1, 2025.
A recognized player in the field of infrastructure, engineering studies, and mountain development projects, including ski areas, facilities, networks and slopes, as well as tourist and leisure spaces, CTH Ingénierie brings valuable expertise, particularly in the run-up to the 2030 Winter Olympic Games.
This acquisition marks another milestone in the development of TPF Ingénierie, strengthening its local presence in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions, and allowing it to be even closer to its clients and their projects.
We are delighted to welcome the CTH Ingénierie teams to the TPF Group.
Now integrated into our French offices in Nice and Fréjus, they will actively contribute to our future projects and to our shared ambition:
to design sustainable and innovative infrastructures that serve communities and territories.
